Advansys is pleased to announce the availability of RecollX Professional 18.104.22.168 for Skype, which includes new beta features for call reporting and the export of all messages from any selected chat. It also includes improvements and bug fixes for the initial 22.214.171.124 release. We would like to thank our users for their contribution to RecollX Professional 126.96.36.199 and particular thanks goes to Elaine and Julie for sharing their suggestions (via Skype of course!).
- Call reporting feature (beta).
Export call records for one or more contacts, including Skype to Skype, Skype to Phone (SkypeOut) and Phone to Skype (SkypeIn). Choose from HTML or CSV format, tailor the report by selecting a date-range and hourly billing charge.
- Full chat export (beta).
Select a chat from the Browse view and export the complete chat history to HTML or CSV format.
- Archive verification (beta).
Advanced support feature to verify the integrity of your RecollX archive.
- Added Skype Name (ID) when exporting Results to CSV format.
Provides easy access to the unique Skype Name corresponding to exported messages.
- Improved logging.

- Archive update process.
Under certain conditions, RecollX would not archive some messages during an archive update. During the first archive update after installation, RecollX 188.8.131.52 will automatically repair your existing archive by adding any missing messages it finds within your Skype history.
When using a Browse view selection for a search, messages which are common to both a personal and a related group chat may not be displayed in the Conversation view.

Download & Installation
RecollX Professional 184.108.40.206 installer is available now for download. To install, exit RecollX if already running and run the installer, which will automatically upgrade your existing 220.127.116.11 version to 18.104.22.168. You can check for updates at any time by using the Check for updates… option under the Help menu.
